Senior Quantity Surveyor - High Wycombe, Bucks

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in interior projects or specialist subcontracting? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on exciting projects across multiple sectors, with typical values ranging from £500k to £2m.

The Role

As Senior QS, you'll play a key part in the commercial management of projects from start to finish. This role offers a mix of office-based and site-based work, giving you variety and responsibility across all aspects of the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing project budgets
• Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance
• Measuring works and checking quantities against tender allowances
• Preparing tender documents for subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Managing variations and preparing final accounts
• Producing accurate monthly cost value reports

About You

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry
• Ideally qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management
• Experience within interior projects is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of building methods
• Stable career history with proven project delivery experience
• Permanent right to work in the UK
