Building Services Engineer

We've got a great role for a Building Services Engineer to join our client on a high end contract based in Westminster. This is a brilliant opportunity if you're looking to join a market leading building service provider! Our client offers excellent internal progression and additional training. This is a static role based in Westminster, (Monday - Friday, 8 - 5)

As a Building Services Engineer, you'll be charged with carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, ensure site logbooks are updated and ensure all logbooks are updated regularly.

Building Services Engineer Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations
• Communicate with the client

Building Services Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either an electrical or mechanical related subject (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
• At least 2 years experience within commercial building services
• Live within commutable distance to Westminster
• Apprentice trained - Desirable

Salary and Package:

• £46,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8 - 5
