Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the Electrical division from conception to completion.
• Lead and oversee on-site teams, including Sub-contractors, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning processes to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Electrical Safe Systems of Work.
• Conduct Quality Assurance inspections, resolving Electrical issues, and maintaining superior workmanship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Required:

• SMSTS certification with substantial experience in residential projects.
• Gold card Electrician/Manager card and First Aid qualification.
• Testing qualification (C&G 2391 preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of building services, design principles, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to manage Sub-contractors and internal teams effectively.
• Excellent Health and Safety awareness and proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office).
