Located in NW London, this prestigious site is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef to create stunning, modern and on trend food for both every day dining as well as hospitality/events.
As the Sous Chef, you will be
Working alongside a team and the GM
Evolving the menu and creating modern, on trend dishes
Cooking for the caf as well as hospitality and events (VIP)
Helping to drive the business and food offer forward
Working hours are 5/7 (weekends included), 40 hours per week
Our ideal candidate would be
Passionate! About food, hospitality and customer service
Up to date with food trends and be able to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity
have a strong background - ideally with private members club or high end bar/restaurant experience
financially aware
have an enthusiastic, positive manner with a can do approach
