Your Duties Will Include:

• Operating and maintaining lithographic printing presses to produce top-quality printed materials.
• Learning and applying litho proofing techniques to ensure precision and consistency.
• Setting up machines, including calibrating rollers, plates, and inks for accurate colour matching and registration.
• Monitoring press runs to maintain high-quality standards and making necessary adjustments.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimise performance and minimise downtime.
• Collaborating with pre-press and finishing teams to maintain a seamless production workflow.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organised work environment.
• Managing multiple jobs efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lithographic printing.
• A keen eye for colour accuracy and print quality, with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm to develop new skills, particularly in litho proofing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required, working hours are between 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri) so there may be the need to work earlier/finish slightly later on occasion.
