Science Teacher

A forward-thinking and well-resourced secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative Science department in a school committed to academic excellence and student progress. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 to KS5, depending on experience.

• Teaching General Science across KS3 and KS4 (with potential for KS5 specialism)
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and attainment
• Supporting students in preparation for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations
• Collaborating with the wider department to enhance teaching and learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential and non-negotiable
• Relevant UK-based teaching experience - essential
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one Science discipline
• A commitment to inspiring students and raising achievement
