Firmware Engineer (Embedded C)- Leeds - Hybrid - £40,000

The Company
A Firmware Engineer with Embedded C experience is required to join a world leading leading asset monitoring solution provider.

They are heavily focused on the rail industry, aiming to improve the reliability and availability of trains by fitting specialist Remote Condition Monitoring equipment. The purpose of this equipment is to identify potential problems before they become critical.

The Role & Opportunity

This is an opportunity to work on safety sensitive products that have real world impacts; you will be delivering your expertise on a range of systems that aim to improve the safety of the rail industry.

Essential Skills

• Embedded C experience
• Experience and knowledge of other low level programming languages
• Linux experience

Desirable skills

• Real Time experience (RTOS)
• Python experience
• JavaScript experience

Location

• Leeds, Hybrid.
• 2-3 days in the officer per week

Salary & package

• Up to £40,000 per annum
