Finishing Manager

A major developer is actively seeking a strong finishing manager, to join them on a flagship development in South West London.

This developer currently has a 10 year scheme underway in South West London, creating a brand new neighbourhood. Once completed it will contain over 1000 new homes, community park & commercial properties. A major development, it is made up of a number of RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.

As a finishing manager, you will be based in a block of up to 66 units. You will oversee your blocks from 2nd fix to handover.

As a finishing manager, some of your duties will include;

• Managing units from second fix to snagging/ desnagging to handover to the customer care team
• Driving on trades
• Snagiging & Desnagging
• Involved in weekly & monthly progress meetings
• Reporting into the senior site manager

To be considered you must;

• Be a driven character
• Have longevity with previous contractors/ developers
• Be an out and out finishing manager, from second fix
• Preferably from a trade background
• Residential project experience, on RC frame projects
• Previous experience producing excellent snagged units
