New Homes Sales Negotiator

Are you experienced within new homes or estate agency and looking for a brand new position?

Here at Fawkes & Reece we working with all of the main developers on the market & our hot job this week is a Sales Negotiator position based in Bedford with both private & shared ownership properties available on this site it is set to be a development that will sell really well!

Day to day duties:

• Selling homes off plan
• Using Good knowledge of the market and the local area
• Updating customers on the progress of their sale
• Using knowledge of shared ownership scheme
• Filling out paperwork related to the shared ownership scheme
• Checking buyers are eligible for the shared ownership scheme
• Responding the initial enquiry's
• Calling through the database to showcase the development
• Upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
• Conducting viewings
• Progressing sales from reservation through to completion
