Interim Reward Director, 9-12 month FTC, London, £140,000-£147,000
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Reward Director to join a global technology firm. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive reward strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Ensure reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement incentive plans that drive performance and support business goals.
- Oversee the management of global reward programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to inform reward decisions and maintain competitive positioning.
- Lead and mentor a team of reward professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
