Construction Plant Administrator

Carrowhugh recruitment is currently recruiting for a Construction Plant Administrator for a busy construction company based out of London who's main type of works would be in RC Frames and Groundworks. This busy company has an annual turnover of over 100 Million.

The Construction Plant Administrator will already have experience working with a construction company or similar working envronment.

Duties of the Construction Plant Administrator

Matching invoices to purchase orders.

Checking invoices against plant returns.

Approval of plant invoices.

Dealing with queries with Suppliers.

Raising of S/C Orders.

Charging to sites.

Dealing with Counter charges.

Reconciliations of various reports.


Essential Requirements of the Construction Plant Administrator :

Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail

Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word. Previous experience of InspHire or similar advantageous, but full training given.

Ability to manage reactive workloads.

Commercial awareness.

Knowledge of Groundworks and Formwork beneficial.

Ability to build good working relationships with yard, site, and other depots.
