Site Manager Restoration

City Site Solutions are looking for Site Managers for an External Restoration plroject in Westminster, London.

Experience is required in the stone restoration field. Our client is working on a 500K external facade restoration project. Stone masonry operatives will be working on scaffolding initally taken off old concrete and replacing. Painters, Plasterers and other trades will be on site.

We need someone that can liaise with residents, subbies and the client on day to day tasks, ensure safe working conditions are implemented and health & safety is in practice. Repair scheduling, progress reporting and daily work schedules will need to be written and updated to all on site and office.

Scope of project is due to run from March till End of June/ July

30 an hour

40 hours a week with occasional saturdays

SMSTS, CSCS Gold, First aid and working at heights required
