M&E Quantity Surveyor job in Wiltshire, £450 - £550 per day, 6 month + interim contract.

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E contractor in Wiltshire with the recruitment of a M&E Quantity Surveyor to support their busy team.

Your New Role

You will provide support to the project teams to ensure contractual compliance of projects, estimation and collation of project variation works as well as budget reviews and analysis with the project teams.

You will track changes to the design and construction work and adjust projections accordingly, compilation of financial reports and forecasts to feed back to management, as well as final account preparation to include approval of all contract documentation and orders prior to finalisation.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have previous surveying experience within a Mechanical/Electrical environment, excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, as well as good working knowledge of Excel and other software.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a day rate between £450 - £550 per day on a 6-month interim contract initially.
