Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Company:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Admin Assistant to join a rapidly growing Asbestos Testing service company based in Watford. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support there expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and manage job bookings in team calendars
Input booking data into our quote-producing system to create official job confirmations
Create and manage jobs in our surveying software
Respond to email and telephone inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Update and maintain CRM systems accurately
Ensure records and reports are kept up-to-date
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in customer service and administration
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to develop new skills
Proficient in IT, with strong confidence in using office software and systems
A full driving license is required to reach the location
