A Cover Supervisor is needed in an All Boys Secondary School & Mixed Sixth Form in South West London.

This Cover Supervisor position will be part time and temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Cover Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Covering different classes in the absence of teachers
• Ensuring pupils are behaving in line with the school's policies
• Setting up lessons on the interactive whiteboards and providing pupils with resources
• Promoting positive interactions and behaviour amongst pupils in class
• Organising completed work and providing handovers to other members of staff

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor post will be between £82.14 and £130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

An Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in the London Borough of Kingston.

It was founded in 1962 and there are currently just under 800 pupils enrolled.

GCSE results have been well above the national average for boys for many years.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

You're encouraged to apply if you're a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor too.

All applicants must have the following in order to be shortlisted for this Cover Supervisor role:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree or overseas equivalent
• Experience of working with children/teenagers or as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
