We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Caretakers to join our friendly and supportive teams in schools across South West London. This vital role ensures our school remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

As our Caretaker, you'll be responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the school premises. You will play a key part in the daily operations of the school, responding quickly to maintenance issues, managing contractors, and supporting the smooth running of the school day.

• Opening and securing the school site

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance

• Ensuring health & safety standards are met

• Monitoring and maintaining heating, lighting, and alarm systems

• Groundskeeping and site cleanliness

• Supporting with school events and setup

• Proven experience as a caretaker or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of building maintenance and health & safety

• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to get one)
