Facilities Manager- Central London - Mon- Fri- £45,000- £50,000Job Title: Facilities ManagerSalary: £45,000- £50,000Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00- 17:30pm. Hybrid working availableMy client, an award-winning real estate company that have been running for over 100 years are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of 40 residential properties for the same landlord.Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance meets legal requirements at a rating of 95%+
• Visits to the properties in accordance with the SLA
• Maintaining high standards of cleaning, maintenance and presentation
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Preparing the service charge budget first draft
• Monitoring service charge expenditure
• Working and liaising closely with the other teams

Must haves:

• IOSH
• Previous experience preparing service charge budgets and managing expenditure
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver and good under pressure
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude

Good to have but not essential:

• Residential experience
• NEBOSH
