Business Development Manager (Security Guarding)
Cavendish has been exclusively instructed to identify a Business Development Manager for an up-and-coming security company within the Security Guarding sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications: -
- Proven experience in sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Knowledge of the security industry.
- Expertise in Account Management/New Business Sales. Salary and Benefits:
Pay: 50,000.00- 60,000.00 per year, along with a car allowance and a commission/bonus structure based on sales performance.
