We're looking for a skilled Plumber to join our Housing Repairs team in Lewisham.

You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance work across tenants' homes and void properties, ensuring each job is completed to a high standard and with excellent customer care.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys variety, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

• Carry out high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Undertake related tasks including tiling, boxing, refitting kitchen units, skirting, and ducting.
• Respond to emergencies when needed (e.g. leaks, flooding, weather damage).
• Maintain health and safety standards and use protective equipment appropriately.
• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, reports, and work orders.
• Represent our client with professionalism and a focus on great customer service.
• Drive and maintain a vehicle (no tools or materials left overnight).

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential).
• Unvented hot water systems certificate/license.
• Proven experience in plumbing and general building repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and good knowledge of the local area.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
