Associate Director Quantity Surveying

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus bonuses, private health, and benefits

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced an Associate Director Chartered by the RICS to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to lead a range of diverse projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects as the main point of contact for clients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they meet financial and time constraints.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio, including a £20m mixed-use community hub, a £50m office-to-residential conversion, and a £60m new-build school. £100m commercial project
• Utilize both pre and post-contract skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on project goals.
