Maintenance Electrician

One of our clients is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work on a contract in the Leyton area on a subcontract basis.

Pay will start at 280 day rate with parking included

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Job Role:

• Fitting smoke alarms/Co alarmsheat alarms/electric panel heaters/
• Carrying out EICR tests
• Installing new fuse boxes/ bathroom & kitchen fans/ sockets & switches/ lights in domestic property's & fittings/ commercial building lights in hallways/staircases/car parks/storage cupboards / lockable sockets.
• Fault finding & testing & inspecting in domestic properties.

Qualifications:

• Test and Inspect 2391
• 18th edition
• NVQ 3
• Gold card if possible
• CSCS
• Asbestos
