Position Overview: We are seeking an eager junior bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling transactions and keeping the financial records up to date. This will take strong attention to detail and organizational skills.This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Assist in payroll processing and tax-related documentation.
• Handle data entry and ensure financial records are up to date.
• Assist with general administrative accounting tasks as needed.

What We re Looking For:

• Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge (education or experience)
• Knowledge in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
