Site Manager (Fit Out) - S/W London - £300pd

The development

With a project value of circa 300 million, the development will be creating 765 apartments with three large blocks that will consist of 350 units over 3 cores. One of the cores is at level 1, the other 2 are in the ground with a large sub structure covering tube lines.

The position

Reporting into a Senior Site Manager, the primary responsibility will be to oversee the Internal Fit out and finishing on c5o units, from 1st and 2nd fix through to full fit out, handover covering snagging/defects. This position will be be until June 2025

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential Fit Out and finishing and have a proven track record overseeing internal packages on RC frame large scale multi-phase developments. It is also highly desirable that the candidate comes from a main contractor or developer background.
