The London team is growing and they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who wants to shape projects, mentor others and be seen as a trusted advisor to clients.

What you'll be doing

• Leading professional and project work across commercial and public sector portfolios
• Acting as key client contact on instructions and long-term relationships
• Delivering surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
• Playing a visible role in team growth and quality of delivery

• Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong consultancy background
• Confident across surveys, dilapidations and project delivery
• Comfortable leading instructions and advising clients
• Collaborative, grounded and commercially aware
