MEP Delivery Manager

Carmichael UK is seeking a skilled Senior Delivery Manager with expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) systems. In this role, you will be the key contact for MEP supply chain management, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage the entire lifecycle from design to handover.
• Oversee subcontract and change management, facilitating effective communication with the Commercial team.
• Develop and maintain budgets and risk registers, ensuring safety and minimizing environmental impact.
• Deliver quality products by coordinating inspections and developing technical solutions.

• Proven experience in MEP delivery roles.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiarity with NEC construction contracts and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and computer competence.
