HGV Class 2 Driver

Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and delivery services, possessing the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities
- Drive a Class C vehicle to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies

Skills
- Proficient in driving a Class C vehicle
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous
- Familiarity with flatbed vehicles is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Full Driving Licence (no more than 3 points) & 2yrs experience

- CPC Driver Certificate of Professional Competence

- Valid Digital Tachograph Card

- FORS Training an advantage, but training will be given

- Experience driving large, similar vehicles in a proven similar role.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
