Are you an experienced EYFS Practitioner ready to take the next step in your teaching career?

A nurturing and forward-thinking primary school in Bromley is seeking a driven EYFS Teacher to join their Reception team in September 2025 - with scope for leadership responsibility for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into a Phase Leader or EYFS Coordinator role.

EYFS Teacher - about the school:

EYFS Teacher - key responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching in line with the EYFS Framework
Play a key role in shaping the learning environment and EYFS curriculum
Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to deliver inclusive and impactful learning experiences
Engage parents and carers in children's learning and development
Potential to lead the EYFS phase, contribute to strategic planning, and support staff across the setting

EYFS Teacher - requirements:

UK QTS with substantial experience in an EYFS setting
A confident practitioner with excellent knowledge of early childhood education
Demonstrates leadership qualities and a drive to support school-wide improvement
Skilled in data tracking, curriculum planning, and early intervention strategies
Values teamwork, child-centred learning, and strong relationships with families and staff
Previous experience mentoring, leading a team or supporting school initiatives is desirable
