Are you an experienced SEND leader ready to help shape a brand-new specialist school?

We are seeking a dynamic Head of School to join a Senior Leadership Team in Croydon. The provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) and complex needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving school improvement, leading staff, strengthening behaviour and safeguarding systems, and delivering a curriculum that removes barriers to learning.

The Role

• Provide strategic and operational leadership
• Support and develop teachers and support staff
• Oversee behaviour, attendance and safeguarding
• Use data to raise standards and improve outcomes

• Substantial SEND teaching experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
• Confident with Ofsted frameworks and school improvement
• QTS (desirable)
