Join our Accountancy team with the opportunity to cover temporary recruitment.

Your patch will include the local area of Camberley and Guilford.

Location: Marlborough House, 82 Park Street, Camberley, GU15 3NY

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial transition period.

Salary: £26,000- £35,500 dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped commission earning potential

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

Skills Needed:

  • Experience: Proven 360 Recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services environment, or sales and business development experience.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

  • Sales Initiative: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed's services, and match candidates to clients.

  • Resilience: Money-motivated with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
