Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant or hold a Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification?

Academics are currently working with a fantastic primary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth and are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team for the 2025/26 academic year.

• Location: Wandsworth, South West London
• Start Date: September or October 2025
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential to extend or go permanent)
• Daily Pay: £90 - £110 (based on experience)

As part of the nursery team, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences for the youngest children in the school. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day classroom activities

• Engaging children in fun, play-based learning

• Assisting with lesson delivery and behaviour management

• Carrying out regular observations and tracking progress

• Helping to create a positive and nurturing environment

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or as a Teaching Assistant

• Experience working within an EYFS setting is preferred

• A team player with a proactive and caring approach

• Someone who is passionate about supporting early childhood development

• Commitment to a full academic year
