We are offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us as we look to expand our existing team.

The company is based in between Maidstone and Rochester and is easily accessible by both the M20 and M2 motorways.

We are seeking skilled and motivated Arborists/Climbers to join our team. We work with housing associations, property management companies, conservation groups, schools, facilities management companies, and land management organisations across central, north, and west Kent.

Both employed and self-employed applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of tree work, including climbing and ground-based operations
Operate machinery such as chippers and stump grinders
Work safely to industry standards and follow site instructions
Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management
Represent the company professionally on all work sites

Required Qualifications & Skills

CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39
Full UK driving licence
Good understanding of general arboriculture
Woodchipper and stump grinder experience (tickets preferred)
First aid qualification (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
