CNC Miller

Are you a CNC Miller with Hurco programming experience? If so, my client a well-established, small but very busy subcontract engineering company based in Witham who do a variety work for different industry sectors will want to hear about you. They are now looking for a CNC Miller to Program, Set and Operate Hurco Mills. The ideal candidate will be time served and would preferably have some turning knowledge.

Duties:

• Programming, Setting and operation of Hurco milling machines.
• Program on and offline using OneCNC software.
• Set up and run machines.
• Ability to work to very fine tolerances.
• Attention to detail.
• Work closely with the turning section to ensure efficiency.
• The ideal candidate would be willing to help out on lathes when work load is high.

Experience:

• Previous Programming/setting/operating experience.
• Hurco experience is essential
• Offline programming experience preferred.
• Ideally apprentice trained however experience is more important.

Benefits:

• Salary circa 35,000
• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays.
• Paid overtime available.
• Free onsite parking.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
