Hyperion Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Property Management Company for an experienced Facilities Manager. This role is critical in overseeing building safety, health and safety compliance, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies across all managed properties.
• Conduct regular building risk assessments, fire safety checks, and ensure emergency response plans are up-to-date.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory safety regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee the planned and reactive maintenance of all building systems, including M&E services (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Manage relationships with contractors and ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
• Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
• Monitor M&E system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH-qualified (essential).
• ATPI-qualified or equivalent (essential).
• Experience managing M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems).
• Proven experience in Facilities Management within the property management sector.
• Strong working knowledge of building regulations, compliance standards, and safety best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
