About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic New Homes Sales Negotiator. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes within various developments, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and supporting them throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in exploring and purchasing new homes.
  • Conduct property viewings and answer customer queries regarding homes and developments.
  • Provide expert advice on available properties and guide buyers through the sales process.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, offering exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and achieve company goals.
