Commercial Manager-HS2

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join an International M&E Contractor that delivers major infrastructure projects in the Rail, Highways, Energy & Water sectors

Initially the Commercial Manager will be working on HS2 s Old Oak Common Project .

Your role will be to work closely with the Technical & Project Delivery teams to maximise change related opportunities and secure agreement with client stakeholders .

Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors you will be based at company site offices at Old Oak Common and from home.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience of NEC3 option C Contract Administration combined with experience of managing change within major MEP Infrastructure projects . A working knowledge of value engineering techniques, optioneering and mitigation strategies are also important.
