Play a pivotal role in shaping a new residential service where children and young people can truly thrive.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping positive change. Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to establish and manage an innovative 5-bedded children's home supporting young people. Backed by a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, education advisers from the virtual school, health professionals and social workers; you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of those under your care.

Additional Information:
Contractual hours: 36 per week in accordance with the needs of the service which operates on a rota basis. Shifts can include weekend, holiday and overnight work. The post holder may be required to work outside of normal working hours in accordance with service needs.
Please note this role requires a Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
