Site Manager - Residential - Stains, Surrey - 26 weeks contract

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 12-14 new build residential project based in Staines, Surrey. The project is currently live and with the majority of the brickwork complete and now moving into internal works such as carpentry & M&E. The project is due to run until October 25.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
