SEMH Teacher

Are you an SEMH Teacher with a passion for supporting young people who require structure, nurture and therapeutic support to thrive?

If so, a forward-thinking Independent Specialist School in Croydon is on the hunt for multiple SEMH Teachers to join their team in April 2026.

The school provides specialist education for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often alongside additional diagnoses such as ASD and ADHD. The curriculum is highly personalised, combining academic progress with emotional regulation, life skills and therapeutic intervention to ensure pupils develop confidence, resilience and positive pathways for the future.

Classes are intentionally small, typically 6-8 pupils, with strong pastoral and TA support in every room - meaning you can focus on high-quality teaching, relationship building and meaningful progress.
