Regulatory PMO Lead

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Regulatory PMO Lead for a 6-month contract based in London - hybrid working.

Purpose of the Role:

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of preparing and contributing to key governance materials. You'll also spearhead and monitor various cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth deliveries and promptly reporting any obstacles to management. You will follow the teams organisations of work, procedures and support other members of the team.

As a Regulatory PMO Lead you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing multiple projects across ITO and keeping track of the progress being made and evaluating the risks.
• Preparing materials for several monthly and/or quarterly committees chaired or contributing to by gathering information across CMI, IT and Operations.
• Challenging KPI and progress with IT, Operations and CMI teams.
• Leading a transversal programme roadmap progress across ITO associated to regulatory reporting.
• Advising, managing or leading projects ensuring the key outcome associated to the programme roadmap are delivered.
• Managing stakeholders in ITO, Businesses and Compliance up to senior level.
• Organising and managing meetings and workshops.
