The Role As a White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing multi-brand appliances, ensuring first-time fixes and outstanding customer service. You ll be working with leading brands such as Hotpoint, Bosch, Indesit, Beko, and more, delivering top-tier service directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridges, and cookers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a face-to-face setting.
- Meet performance targets for completion rates, first-visit fixes, and customer satisfaction.
What You Need: - Proven experience as a White Goods Engineer/Domestic Appliance Engineer.
- Relevant certifications, such as Domestic ACS Gas (CCN1/CKR1) (preferred but not required).
- F-Gas/R600a refrigeration qualifications (a bonus).
- Full UK driving license.
