Service Advisor

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at our main dealership in Epsom. We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to enhance our service department.

Position: Service Advisor
Location: Epsom
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: 25,000 to 31,000 + Bonuses + Overtime
Schedule: Weekend Rota

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting with their service needs
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar
• Providing accurate estimates for service and repair costs
• Liaising between the customers and the service technicians
• Ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly
• Processing service orders and maintaining detailed records
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service advisor role within the automotive sector
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using automotive service management software
• A valid driving license
