An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established dynamic and entrepreneurial Real Estate Development, Project and Cost Management Consultancy. They are highly reputable SME company with a growing reputation for working with exciting Property Developers and Regeneration developers to deliver leading Residential and Mixed Use Regeneration Development Schemes that range from 30m- 250m.

They require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work as part of a team on an exciting flagship scheme in Central London. Reporting into an Associate Director, you will be responsible to work on a key scheme at Pre-Contract development stages.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you would essentially have residential development expertise and experience of managing projects at Pre-Contract stages 1-3 early stage design and feasibility through to planning application stage and beyond into Stage 4/5. Exposure to development schemes of 500 units to 1,000 in quantum would be advantageous and experience in Design and Build JCT contracts and 2 stage tender process in construction. You would ideally be chartered and worked for a PQS company in a cost management role, or a Main Contractor, Property Developer in a Quantity Surveying role.
