Repairs Supervisor - Welwyn & Hatfield Contract Based from our Welwyn Garden City office Company Van Provided Excellent Benefits PackageAre you a skilled trades professional ready to take the next step into leadership? We're looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our team and help deliver outstanding service across our Welwyn & Hatfield contract. About the RoleAs a Repairs Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team within a defined workstream or project, ensuring high standards of service delivery and achievement of KPIs. You'll:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and resource planning
• Monitor team performance and hold regular review meetings
• Coach, mentor, and support staff development
• Resolve complaints and implement improvement plans
• Ensure work is completed within time, cost, and budget constraints

About YouWe're seeking someone with:

• A strong trade background (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Proven experience in repairs and maintenance supervision
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong time management, IT, and leadership skills
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
• Experience in social housing is highly desirable.

Qualifications Required:

• Level 3 Trade Qualification or Supervisor NVQ
• CSCS Card - Gold or working towards
• Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
