French Teacher

Location: Hornchurch
Contract Type: Part-Time (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays)

Are you passionate about teaching French and looking for an opportunity to inspire students at an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' secondary school? Located in the heart of Hornchurch, our school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic French Teacher to join our dynamic team.

This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons up to GCSE level, with the ability to teach French at A Level being a distinct advantage. You will play a key role in engaging students, fostering a love for the French language, and ensuring their academic success.

The ideal French Teacher will:

• Be able to teach French confidently up to GCSE level (A Level teaching experience is desirable).
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), though we welcome applications from candidates with substantial teaching experience, excellent curriculum knowledge, and a subject-related degree.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to student achievement and the ability to motivate learners.
• Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.
