Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager West Malling, Kent £45,000 - £55,000My client, a leading UK-based distributor, are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for maintaining safe, high-quality facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of building infrastructure. Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain facilities to high standards, ensuring safety and functionality
• Manage maintenance contracts, vendors, and contractors
• Oversee facilities team and cleaning schedules
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections, resolve issues proactively
• Manage office/site moves and refurbishment projects
• Hands-on minor repairs as required

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years' experience of proven facilities management experience
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, ideally hold IOSH or NEBOSH
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
• Comfortable managing contractors and rolling up sleeves for practical task

Package:

• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
