Soft Services Assistant Manager

We are supporting the search for a Soft Service Professional who holds proven experience in delivering quality services across mixed estates.

This key position will report to the Operations Manager & manage outsourced service partners to delivery services across cleaning, security, landscaping, window cleaning & service yard areas.

• Candidates will hold proven experience, key areas include: -
• Leading & motivating teams to provide high end services
• Driving a "one team" ethos
• Budget monitoring & reporting
• Ensure full compliance across all areas
• Being a key part of the estate operation delivery
• Conduct regular inspections & resolve any issues effectively / promptly
• Working with the wider teams
• Supporting the Operations Manager with the wider business strategies / kpi's

Candidates will hold proven experience across high end contract management delivery, along with H&S (ideally IOSH) accreditation.
