Learning Support Assistant - Bedford £90-£100 per day Full-Time / Supply

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistant to work in primary and secondary schools across Bedford.

This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and engage positively in the classroom. Opportunities are available on a supply and longer-term basis.

As part of this role you will be working closely with children with additional needs.

These roles are temporary but can often lead to full-time employment with the school for the strongest candidates.

The role:

• Provide classroom and learning support to pupils

• Work 1:1 or in small groups as required

• Support behaviour, engagement and learning outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people

• A patient, reliable and supportive approach

• Ability to work as part of a team

• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
