Are you the right person for the job?

• Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
• Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
• Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)

What will your role look like?

• Take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional food
• Design and develop creative menus for the restaurant, events, and special occasions
• Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximise efficiency and profitability
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Train, mentor, and inspire your team to consistently achieve excellence
