PDI Vehicle Enhancement Technician

We are recruiting experienced PDI Vehicle Enhancement Technicians to join our client’s team in Queenborough. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading automotive companies at their state-of-the-art PDI Technical Centre.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ply-lining vans as well as carrying out a range of pre-delivery inspection (PDI) checks and vehicle enhancement tasks. You’ll play an important part in ensuring vehicles are prepared, safe, and ready for customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Ply-lining vans to required specifications.
• Carrying out diagnostic checks, including electrical diagnostics.
• Completing general mechanical repairs in line with approved processes.
• Conducting health checks, road tests, and ramp inspections.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the highest standard, first time.
• Working effectively within a busy, fast-paced workshop environment as part of a large team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (PDI or vehicle technician).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Full UK Category B driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points for minor offences).
