Are you a freelance Project Manager with good Industrial & Logistics project experience?

Have you got strong refurb and extension plus top fit out experience?

Is client management and relationship building a strength of yours?

If so, Build Space has the role for you!

Project Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Precon work and project set up
- Client liaison
- Programme management
- Quality management
- Reporting upline to Directors

Project Manager experience required:

- Minimum 3 years Project Manager experience required
- Extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certs
- Strong IT / reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, written / spoken

Working on a 5m refurb project, you will be No.1 on site responsible for the successful delivery of some complex refresh works. This is a red hot contract, we have interview slots next week, start on site late April / early May.
